Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and hand made items such as the candle cones vary slightly from one to the next.

Using these products safely

Our product pages carry usage and safety information, and it is there to be read rather than skipped. Nothing we sell should be used on an ear that is painful, discharging or infected, or by anyone with grommets, a perforated eardrum or previous ear surgery. Nothing we sell reaches wax impacted deep in the canal, which needs a clinician. Ear candles are for adults only and must never be used alone. This guidance is general information and does not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or audiologist.
